HeimService is designed to simplify your everyday life

We're always here for you. Let us help you get settled into your new home, so that you can focus on all of the things you enjoy doing. Below you will find more information about the ways HeimService can help you get settled in.

Two hours of free assistance

If you've just moved in, you're entitled to two hours of assistance from one of our caretakers at any time during your first two months as a Heimstaden tenant. They can help you with things like putting up hooks, hanging pictures and curtain rods and installing lighting fixtures. They can also show you how to change filters and clean your extractor fan, as well as everything you need to know about your fire alarm and fire blanket.

Borrow our toolbox

We believe in sustainable living, enjoy sharing and want to make your life easier. That’s why we have large toolboxes that all Heimstaden tenants can borrow at any time, at no extra charge. Our toolboxes can be booked via Customer Services and then collected and dropped off at the nearest Heimstaden office.
