The development will encompass 650 one and two bedroom apartments along with 102 two and three bed townhouses which will provide homes for a wide range of age groups. The majority of the apartments will have balconies, while the townhouses will be laid out in a semi-detached fashion all benefitting from a private gardens and parking spaces.
New pedestrian and cycle routes to the area and a new canal bridge connecting the area with the existing towpath to provide a direct route into the city centre.
