Termination of your contract

Note! This do not work for termination in case of death. These must be terminated by signing a form that you can find here: Notice of termination apartment

You can terminate your contract by logging in to your My Pages, and click on "Kontraktsuppsägning".



Follow the steps and sign with mobile bankID or pin code by SMS. You will receive a confirmation to your email. Contact us if you haven't received it within 24 hours.

If you can't sign the termination digitally, you need to do it by signing a termination form.
You can find the form here: Notice of termination apartment

Please fill it out, sign it and send it to us by post. You can also scan or photograph the signed form and then email it to backoffice@heimstaden.se

Usually the notice period is 3 months, but for information about what is right for you; see your contract.
