Termination of storage space

You can terminate your contract by logging in to your My Pages, and click on the object you want to terminate. Then you click on "Kontraktsuppsägning". Follow the steps to terminate your contract. A confirmation is then sent to you by email, and you need to confirm the termination with bankID or a pincode by SMS.




If you haven't received the confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us for help.



If you can't sign the termination through bankID, you need to do it by signing a termination form.
You can find the form here: Notice of termination apartment

Please fill it out, sign it and then post or submit it at the nearest office. You can also scan or photograph the signed form and then email it to backoffice@heimstaden.se
