The requirements to get a student apartment

In order to rent a student accommodation with us, you need to fulfill the requirements of our policy;

• You must be at least 18 years old. 
• You must conduct active studies of at least 15 higher education credits per semester.
• You need to have a stable income in the form of salary or student aid from CSN.
• We also want you to have good references from previous landlords and have no payment default.
• A reasonable number of people should live in the apartment. The rooms are intended for one person.
