He also has extensive board experience from listed companies, such as Telenor, Kongsberg Gruppen, Gjensidige and Scatec Solar as well as board positions in family-owned businesses. He also sits on the boards of Fredensborg and Heimstaden AB.

Bente has an excellent track record within financial services and licenced financial operations from i.a., Oslo Børs. She has strong relationships with large international investors and experience within digital transformation, change and reputation management, financial reporting, investor relations, corporate governance and ESG. She has extensive board experience from companies such as Danske Bank, Norbit ASA, Infront ASA and Oslo Clearing.

Chairman of the Board

Helge has two decades of experience as CEO of the Nordic insurance and pension company Gjensidige and has extensive experience in financing and corporate governance. He also chairs the board for Bertel O. Steen and Kavli Holding AS.

Daniel serves as a Stewardship and Corporate Governance Specialist at Alecta. Previously, he was Investment Director at the Swedish Ministry of Finance, focusing on state-owned enterprises. His board experience includes positions at Vattenfall, Swedfund International, and Industrifonden.

Head of Alternative Investments at Folksam. Rebecka has extensive investment experience and has previously held roles such as Head of Sustainable Investments at Carnegie Investment Bank and Portfolio Manager Alternative Investments and ESG Responsible at SEB

Fredrik is an experienced politician who led the New Moderates for 12 years and served as Sweden's Prime Minister for two terms. After retiring from politics in 2015, Fredrik has had assignments as an advisor to Nordic Capital and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Fredrik's current assignment is as Chairman of the Board of the Center for AMP and the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative.

Klas Åkerbäck is a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager with extensive experience in real estate investment. He is currently leading Alectas indirect international real estate investments and has held key positions at Trophi Fastighets AB, and Tredje AP-fonden, where he led the evaluation and implementation of investment strategies. Klas has also been involved in the founding and management of several real estate companies, including Fastighets AB Regio and Trophi Fastighets AB.

Wenche has significant industry experience from the bank and credit sector in Norway. She served as the CEO of the Norwegian Guarantee Institute for Export Credits from 2005 to 2021, and previously held positions as the deputy CEO of Luxo, director of Bergen Bank and Den Norske Bank.

Thomas has extensive experience from previous positions within finance, international tax, and commercial operations in Scatec ASA, Circle K Europe and as a Senior Manager at KPMG. Employed since 2023

Manages real estate assets and sustainability practices.
Paul has his real estate experience from WeWork where he held the position as Head of Project Delivery at WeWork International as well as Development Director, Tri-State at WeWork. Employed since 2020

Leads investments, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, investors relations, capital raising, and client relations.
Christian holds the position of Chief Investment Officer and has extensive experience within real estate investment management from his position as Partner at Colliers International Denmark. Employed since 2019

Nikolaj leads the Business Development team and has a background in corporate transformation, private equity, and strategy from Bain and Company, Goldman Sachs, and Maersk. Employed since 2021

Chief Legal Officer

Manages legal frameworks, governance, risk, and compliance.
Eva has over 27 years’ experience in Nordic real estate and is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Danish High Courts and the Commercial High Court. She has previously held the position of Head of Legal at Nordstern and carries experience from renowned Danish firms such as Plesner and Accura. Employed since 2024
