Service notification
If something is broken or does not work in your apartment or in the property you live in, you must submit a service ticket via Spike Residential portal. This gives Heimstaden better control of the service case and you as a tenant can easily follow the status of the case.

Monday-Friday between 09.00 – 17.00.

Acute failures
In case of acute faults or disturbances, call us on 07435598941. Outside regular office hours, you can reach our out of hours service. The out of hours contact details are displayed in building entry points and property welcome document. Examples of urgent matters that cannot wait until the next working day are:
- Fires or smoke smell – always call 999 first
- Water leak – water flows out and risks damage to apartment
- Total power outage – in the entire apartment or stairwell
- Risk of any form of injury
- Clogging in the sewer with risk of flooding
- Hot water shortage

For us, it is important to have a local presence to discuss any inquiries and concerns. The Heimstaden concierge office is available Monday to Friday at Soho Wharf Development, 59 Hooper street, B18 7AP.
