I have a new personal number, can you help me update my profile?

hi,
I signed up with my account before getting my swedish social security number, and now I want to link my personal number with my account, what should I do?

    Thank you for contacting us!

    If you wish to have your personal identity number changed on an existing profile, we need documentation from the tax authority(skatteverket). (Not a copy of your ID, it needs to be a document from Skatteverket).

    Log in to your "My pages" and upload the document under "My Profile" which you can find up to the right on the page:


    When you have uploaded the document and saved it, please send us an email at kundservice@heimstaden.com with the following information:

    “Hello my name is ....., I have changed my social security number and wish to update my existing profile. My account is registered with the fictitious social security number: YYYYMMDD-NNN . I have uploaded documents from the tax office. Greetings…………" 

    You will receive a confirmation when the change has been made, and you can then log in with your new personal identity number and the same password as before.
