How can I create a service request?

If you need help or discover that something is wrong in your home or in the common areas, you should make a service request as soon as possible through My Pages.

1. Once you are logged in, click on Service Request (Skapa serviceanmälan):

2. In the next step, select the item in question and in the second field, click on Service notification web (serviceanmälan web). The page will automatically reload when you have selected these and you can then continue with the service request.


3. If you also want to attach a picture to your service request, you can do so by clicking the orange “Select files” (välj filer) button. When you are done with the request, click “Send”.


If you do not have the opportunity to send in your service request through My pages, you can call our customer service on 0770-111 050

We do not handle service requests via this forum or email.
