Lost your key?

If you lose a key or key chip during the tenancy, you are entitled to a new key, but you must cover the landlord's costs in that connection.

Make a request in MyHome if a new key is needed or contact us by phone in our opening hours on 23 29 20 00.

Lost your key outside of our opening hours?
If the key is lost outside our opening hours, and you have a key tag, you can call our security number so they can lock you in, and an in-locking cost will then be incurred. You can find the number here.

If you have a normal key and lose it outside our opening hours, you must wait until the following work day and contact us or contact the locksmith yourself and cover the costs involved. Depending on what lock belongs to your apartment, we might have to change it again after, and you must cover the costs.
