How do I terminate my apartment?
Heimstaden Germany-
Dear tenants,
The period of notice is clearly specified in your rental agreement.
If no fixed term or minimum contract term has been agreed,
the notice period for current rental contracts for the tenant is three months in accordance with the statutory provisions.
The termination notice must be given in writing and be signed by all contracting parties.
Please send the document by post to our address Heimstaden Germany GmbH, Erkelenzdamm 11-13 in 10999 Berlin.
The letter can be written in German or English.
Specific instructions and contact persons for the return of the apartment will be provided in the confirmation of termination.
