Is it generally possible to exchange apartments, even with tenants who are not with Heimstaden?

  • Dear tenants,

    We do not offer an apartment exchange.

    In individual cases, you can suggest a new tenant after the preliminary inspection.
    Please note that it is not always possible to find a new tenant.
    Details can be found in our posts about the follow-up residency.
