Where can I find the internet home connection?

  • Dear tenants,

    The house connection room is usually located in the basement and is locked.

    If you have an appointment with your Internet provider, please make a request on MyHome in advance.
    If you are unable to use MyHome, please inform us via the telephone hotline 030 8009858202 or at our service e-mail address service@heimstaden.de so that we can grant you access.
