We all spend so much time in front of our screens these days and less and less time with each other. Which is exactly why we came up with the idea for our Heim Presence concept, to make it easier for people to hang out.

Throughout history, people have gathered together to share stories and ideas, and recount tales of their experiences. For us, HeimPresence is all about reconnecting with that tradition. It’s about feeling included and able to enjoy the moment.

Today, with so many people spending a lot of time in front of a screen, we wanted to inspire people to meet up and hang out. By finding ways to help our tenants spend more time together and by highlighting the benefits of being more present.
