Receiving my invoice to the wrong email address
If you receive your invoice to the wrong email address, you can update it directly in our customer portal MyHome. Create a service request and ask for the email address to be changed.
Do you not have a user in MyHome?
If you have not used our customer portal, you can easily register as a new user with the email address you have provided as a contact address with us. To do this, select ‘Register here’ on the login page and fill in the necessary information.
