Problem with the kitchen ventilation?

If the ventilation is not absorbing enough air from cooking, then the extractor fan and filter are probably full of grease. There are often 2 different filters in the ventilations fans, a grease filter in steel and a charcoal filter that sits inside the kitchen fan. The grease filter can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. Use warm water with Zalo, preferably add a little Salmiakk and wash the filters by hand. It is important to rinse the fans properly and make sure to dry the parts aswell. The charcoal filter must be removed and replaced with a new one, and is recommended to do every 3 months.

The external parts of the ventilation can be cleaned with a microfiber cloth dampened with water. Make sure to wipe the external parts of the ventilation with paper or a completely dry cloth.
