Our opening hours

For us at Heimstaden it is important to have a local presence, and that we always have our own staff on site. This way we make it easy for our customers to get in touch with us.

Here’s how you can reach us:

  • You can submit inquiries at any time of day through our customer portal, MyHome. This is also the most efficient channel for service requests or similar matters.
  • Email: Handled on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 08:00 and 16:00.
  • Phone: Open on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 15:00.
  • Office hours: You can visit us at the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 09:00 and 15:00.
In emergencies outside of our opening hours (between 15:00 and 09:00 or during weekends/holidays), such as water leaks in apartments or common areas, or lock and key issues, you can contact our emergency phone at +47 480 60 200. Please note that if you need assistance to gain access to your apartment outside of our opening hours, a fee of NOK 2500 will apply, which you must approve and pay yourself.

In case of serious incidents, always call emergency services (Fire: 110 / Police: 112 / Ambulance: 113)
