I am in need of a caretaker
If you wish to send a service request to your responsible caretaker, this can be done through our customer portal MyHome. After you have sent your inquiry, it will be allocated to the caretaker for your building.
Do you not have a user in MyHome?
If you have not used our customer portal, you can easily register as a new user with the email address you have provided as a contact address with us. To do this, select ‘Register here’ on the login page and fill in the necessary information.
