How to terminate your contract
To terminate your contract, all responsible tenants must resign the tenancy and you must be done with your binding period.
If you want to report a termination to us, you do so by logging in to our customer portal, MyHome. When logged in, choose "Menu" and then "Termination". Fill inn the needed fields and choose "Send request".
If you have not previously used our customer portal, you can easily log in by registering as a new user with the e-mail address you have provided us as your contact address. Link: https://myhome.heimstaden.com/termination.
Once we have received your notice, we will send you a confirmation of the termination. After, we will immediately search for a new tenant. During the notice period, you must therefore keep the apartment clean, tidy and accessible for views. If we want to carry out a viewing with a potential new tenant, we will contact you in advance and arrange a time for this, either with you present, or by giving us permission to lock ourselves in.
