How do I add a new person to the contract?
If you wish to add an additional tenant or resident to your lease agreement, this must be done through our customer portal MyHome. This is due to GDPR privacy regulations.
First, log in to MyHome. If you have not created a user account here before, you must register a new user with the email address we have registered for the tenancy. Once you have logged into the portal, click on the following:
- Send a service request
- My tenancy
- Invoice and Customer Account
- Contract and tenancy
- Your Tenancy Agreement
- Change or update contract
