Electricity when moving in / Changing electricity supplier
When you move into your apartment, we automatically report the power to Elvia. This is to make sure that the power is in the tenant's name. If you want another electricity supplier, you are free to change this after two weeks after moving in. The reason to why it takes two weeks is to avoid a mess with the registering on the change itself.
When you move out, you must sign out yourself. We do report, but it will take a little longer. If you want to be on the safe side, it is a good idea to send your own notice to Elvia or to the supplier you have changed to yourself.
