Can more people move into the apartment?

It is usually not a problem to get a cohabitant in the apartment, but for security reasons we want to be notified, also so that the contract can be updated.

The Rent Act states that "admission to a household" means that the tenant has the right to take in a spouse and cohabitant in his or her household, as well as his or her own, the spouse's or cohabitant's relatives and foster children. If the tenant wants to have other people in his household, it requires approval from the landlord.

Follow these steps to add a request for adding a tenant or resident to your lease:

• Log into MyHome
• Choose Send a service request - My tenancy - Invoice & Customer Account - Your Tenancy agreement - Change or update contract
• Fill out the needed fields, write the persons full name, email and number, and add a picture of their ID. Then send in the request.
