  • Dear tenants,

    As part of the termination process, you will receive a confirmation of termination with the general steps to be followed and contact persons.

    All work discussed during the preliminary acceptance must be completed. You can discuss details during the appointment.

    After this appointment and for final acceptance, all keys provided to you and purchased by you must be handed over. If a storage room has been assigned, it must be vacated, swept clean and opened at the same time.

    We recommend that you inform your utility companies, e.g. for electricity, gas or water, about the move after returning the rented premises.
