The monthly payment still hasn't been automatically withdrawn via SEPA, what to do in this case?

Hello!
I signed the SEPA contract along with the apartment contract so that my monthly payment is automatically withdrawn. On the first month of the payment - march, everything went well and the monthly payment was automatically withdrawn from my account on the first day of the month (1.03.2023). However now in April nothing still has happened though it's the 4th day of the month while the contract states that the payment should come to Heimstaden account no later then the 3d day of the month. I'm very concerned now what to do in this case, should I transfer money myself manually? Thus I'm afraid I'd pay twice.

Would appreciate if you could help me with this issue.

    Thank you for reachingout to us.

    Due to a change in our operating system we will withdraw all SEPAs to a later point this month, probably mid/end of April.

    You do not have to transfer the money manually.
