Service charge statement
When will I receive the service charge statement for the last year and what should I do if I have objections to the statement?

Dear tenants,
The service charge settlement is created and sent within the statutory period of twelve months from the billing period.
The billing period is clearly stipulated in your lease contract.
Therefore you will receive the statement for one year by the end of the following year latest.
In case of objection:
Please note that reasons for your objection are required in a detailed and comprehensible manner.
We will come back to you automatically.
