Return of deposit
When will I get my deposit back?
Heimstaden Germany-
Dear tenants,
We are eager to settle all formalities concerning the refunding of the security deposit as soon as possible.
The release of the deposit to be refunded can take up to six months due to bank deadlines and the examination of possible claims.
Please send us the bank details of the account to be used for the repayment in advance. Please note that this requires the consent of all contractual partners.
Please also inform us of the default address.
You will receive a form for this with the confirmation of termination.
The deposit statement will be sent to you by post to the default address with the payout.
