Key lost
What do I do if I have lost my keys?
Heimstaden Germany-
Dear tenants,
Please report a lost apartment key via the MyHome, E-mail or phone, stating the key number.
We can then check the request and send you an authorization letter.
If, to your great annoyance, you find yourself standing in front of a locked door without a key,
the only option in an emergency is to hire a locksmith to open the door yourself. We do not have the keys to your apartment.
We are keeping our fingers crossed that the keys will be found again, as otherwise costs may be incurred.
