Is there a telephone number I can use to contact you outside of Germany? The 0800 number only works for German calls.

thank you for you inquiry.
Our bail department has sent your bail statement several times to the email address we have on file.
The claims from the 2021 and 2022 utility bills have been applied to the security deposit.
However, the charges were more than the security deposit, so you still owe a balance.
We will resend the deposit department's email to the email address you are now using.
