Can I request an extra key?
I would like to apply for another house key so that my youngest son can have his own. Can I do this at any locksmith or do I have to come to you?

Dear tenants,
For an additional apartment key, please create a request via MyHome. Please be sure to tell us your key number.
If you are unable to use our online portal, please send an e-mail to service@heimstaden.de. The key number is usually engraved on the key.
To have a copy of a key made, you will receive the appropriate authorization to present to the responsible locksmith and legitimize the duplication.
Please note that reordering keys is often a chargeable service.
If you need a new or additional letterbox key, you can order this yourself from a locksmith of your choice at your own expense.
