I am a tenant in ....
I have changed my bank account and I would like to ask if you need be informed of my new bank details (IBAN) and if I should update the details of the monthly rent transfer.

as long as you do not use sEPA Direct Debit Management, that we collect the rent from the bank account, you do not need to inform us. If you use sEPA Direct Debit Management please write an Email to service@heimstaden.de to receive a new form for the new account.
